Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total body workout for moms and other caregivers that they can do with their babies and stroller age children. Each class is designed for all fitness levels and consists of power walking, strength training, and just pure fun! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, interact with your children, meet other moms, and teach your children the importance of exercise.
